アメリカバス協会は，毎年全米及びカナダで予定されているイベントの中からtop 100を選び公表しています．今年1997年のリストの中から，一部をご紹介します．

top American eventとなったのはPortland (Maineではなく，Oregon州) Rose Festival, May 29-June 22です．top Canadian eventは，Cabot 500 Celebrations, June 24-Aug 9で，これはJohn CabotがNew Foundland地方を発見してから500周年を記念したものだそうです．
